425-252-7007" Our appointment was initially rescheduled due to weather. Our second appointment was rescheduled due to weather, but then the guy was able to come out. He came out, got set up, spent about 45 minutes in and out of our house, and then told us he was unable to do the work due to weather. He came back, unscheduled, and again attempted to do the work--in and out of the house for 30 minutes and then told us he was unable to do the work. All of this runaround was very unfortunate and a hassle and confidence deflating. A different guy came and finally! completed the job. He was very courteous and I was very happy with his work. If he had come out the first time, I would have given 5 stars. But, with the first several experiences being so poor, I am only leaving 2 stars." D . R from Seattle, WA on January 13th, 2017
